Synopsis

#1 New York Times bestselling author of Hopeless joins forces with the New York Times bestselling author of Mud Vein. Together, they have created a gripping, romantic tale unlike any other. "How odd to be made of flesh, balanced on bone, and filled with a soul you've never met."

Charlize Wynwood and Silas Nash have been best friends since they could walk. They've been in love since the age of fourteen.

But as of this morning...they are complete strangers. Their first kiss, their first fight, the moment they fell in love...every memory has vanished.

"I don't care what our real first kiss was," he says. "That's the one I want to remember."

Charlize and Silas must work together to uncover the truth about what happened to them and why. But the more they learn about the couple they used to be...the more they question why they were ever together to begin with.

"I want to remember what it feels like to love someone like that. And not just anyone. I want to know what it feels like to love Charlie."

Review

I just spent the last 15minutes finishing Never Never. And I have no idea what the hell just happened. It ended??? But… It just started!

I have the overall feeling of.....hmmm. And I think that it’s okay that I have to wait until May for the follow up. I'm going to need that time to digest anyway. I mean it wasn't so much a mindf&@$ as some other reads, but it's definitely a delicate blend of mystery, suspense, and romance that just whets the tip of your tongue leaving you saying "more please".

I felt myself turning the pages so quickly that my brain was begging me to slow down so that it could comprehend the story unfolding in front of my eyes. Both Charlie and Silas find themselves in a situation mirrors my own. They aren’t sure what has happened to them, where they’ve come from or where they are going. And when they start to look for answers confusion grows thicker leaving them both lost yet found within one another, feeling this connection between them that draws them together even when some things or some ones are trying to keep them apart.

While Charlie is definitely a “Tarryn” kind of girl (headstrong and independent) and Silas is the best kind of “Colleen” boy (protective yet kindhearted), I never felt as though the thoughts and actions of the others’ character were conflicting with their counterparts “style”. Kudos to Colleen and Tarryn for being able to give a seamless voice to each other’s character that never threatened the integrity of the story.

Definitely five big 5 stars for Never Never. Anxiously awaiting part two!
